We accept return or exchange of unused full-priced goods within 10 days of goods delivered. All sale and personalised items are final and cannot be refunded. Tax and duties are not refundable. Please contact your local customs agency directly to enquire refunding taxes and duties.

Item(s) must be unworn and shipped with original packaging, including accompanying commercial invoice. Please send item(s) through a method with tracking as Cafuné is not responsible for any returned packages not received. We reserve the right to refuse any returned item that does not meet our return policies.If in the rare instance that you find a purchase is (i) damaged during transit; (ii) suffers from a manufacturing defect; or (iii) has been wrongly delivered to you, please email us at hello@kklue.com within 48 hours of receiving your order with details of the damaged, faulty or wrongly delivered product(s) and we will take care of it.

After we received your package, you will receive a refund confirmation email with details of the item you have returned and the amount that will be refunded to your original payment method. Please allow up to 7 days for the refund to appear in your account.
