Warranty & Care

All jewelry purchased on KKLUE comes with a 6-month warranty from the date purchased. We pride ourselves on the quality of our pieces, and want you to be fully satisfied.
If your piece happens to break, we will be happy to fix your item free of charge. Our warranty does not cover general wear & tear or lost stones. Please note that KKLUE is not responsible for lost or stolen items once declared 'Delivered' by the delivery service.
We are also unable to return any items once they have been altered by a third party jeweler.
