All jewellery purchased on KKLUE comes with 2 years warranty from the date purchased.
We guarantee a one-time free replacement if there are any issues with the product.
Please note that the shipping cost for the replacement is the customer's responsibility.

If your piece happens to break, we will be happy to fix your item free of charge.
Our warranty does not cover general wear & tear or lost stones.
Please note that KKLUE is not responsible for lost or stolen items once declared 'Delivered' by the delivery service.

We are also unable to return any items once they have been altered by a third party jeweler.
