Every hand-crafted KKLUE piece comes with our 2-Year Warranty.

Whether you have accidentally scratched a pendant charm or want your ring resized or replated, we will repair your jewellery with a valid proof of purchase.
(please note for some items resize or serious scratches; missing precious stone such as diamond, seawater pearl, might include some material charge.

After 2 years or if you cannot find your proof of purchase,
you can take advantage of our Lifetime Repair Service.
(The 2 Year Warranty and Lifetime repair service are not applicable for any items purchased during one of our Sample Sale events).
