Return Policy
We are excited about delivering beautiful, quality and handcrafted jewelry to you and we want you to feel great about them too. If for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please kindly email us with the reason of return, within 10 days from receiving your order (according to the delivery date on the tracking record, if applicable).
Exchange Policy
We actually don’t offer exchanges for any pieces with the exception of our rings. All rings are eligible for exchange for a different size (not a different style) within 10 days from receiving your order. All other pieces can be returned for a refund. You can then place a new order for the piece or size you like!
Please note we do not accept returns or exchange when:
Items are not returned in their original condition i.e. have been worn, damaged or are sent without original package.
Items are returned outside the specified return timeframe.
Personalized, engraved or custom pieces are not eligible for a return or exchange.

Return Fee
Hong Kong: HK$ 25 restocking fee deducted from the final refund
International: HK$ 350 restocking fee deducted from the final refund

Exchange Fee
Hong Kong: HK$ 50 payable to cover shipping costs
International: HK$ 500 payable to cover shipping costs
