All sale of personalized items are final and cannot be refunded.
We accept return or exchange of unused non-personalized full-priced goods within 10 days of goods received.
Customers will be responsible with the return shipping fee.
To return an item, please email email@example.com with your order number to request for a return instructions. Item(s) must be unworn and shipped with original packaging, including accompanying commercial invoice. Please send item(s) through a method with tracking as KKLUE is not responsible for any returned packages not received. We reserve the right to refuse any returned item that does not meet our return policies.
If in the rare instance that you find a purchase is (i) damaged during transit; (ii) suffers from a manufacturing defect; or (iii) has been wrongly delivered to you, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 48 hours of receiving your order with details of the damaged, faulty or wrongly delivered product(s) and we will take care of it.
After we received your package, you will receive a refund confirmation email with details of the item you have returned and the amount that will be refunded to your original payment method. Please allow up to 7 days for the refund to appear in your account.
