There is no impact on local deliveries in Hong Kong, however as many airlines have made substantial adjustments to their flight frequencies, please expect 7-10 days delay on all international shipment. Countries that are on strict lockdown may also require longer delivery time.

We try our best to ship your product according to the estimated lead times provided. If your shipment takes longer than originally estimated, we will let you know via email and we will make every effort to complete your order as quickly as possible.
All sale of personalized items are final and cannot be refunded. We accept return or exchange of unused non-personalized full-priced goods within 10 days of goods received.
To return an item, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number to request for a return instructions. Returns for Hong Kong are free of charge. Item(s) must be unworn and shipped with original packaging, including accompanying commercial invoice. Please send item(s) through a method with tracking as KKLUE is not responsible for any returned packages not received. We reserve the right to refuse any returned item that does not meet our return policies.
If in the rare instance that you find a purchase is (i) damaged during transit; (ii) suffers from a manufacturing defect; or (iii) has been wrongly delivered to you, please email us at email@example.com within 48 hours of receiving your order with details of the damaged, faulty or wrongly delivered product(s) and we will take care of it.
After we received your package, you will receive a refund confirmation email with details of the item you have returned and the amount that will be refunded to your original payment method. Please allow up to 7 days for the refund to appear in your account.
Tax and duties are not refundable. Please contact your local customs agency directly to enquire refunding taxes and duties.
