Our repairs process

All jewelry purchased on KKLUE comes with a 6-month warranty from the date purchased. We pride ourselves on the quality of our pieces, and want you to be fully satisfied. If your piece happens to break, we will be happy to fix your item free of charge. Our warranty does not cover general wear & tear or lost stones. Please note that KKLUE is not responsible for lost or stolen items once declared 'Delivered' by the delivery service. We are also unable to return any items once they have been altered by a third party jeweler.

Caring for your pieces

Jewelry is one of our most intimate and cherished accessories, and therefore special care is required when worn, handled or stored. • The safest cleaning methods are also the easiest: we include a cloth to clean and care for your jewelry. • We strongly advise to store your jewelry separately, so that they don't tangle up or rub and scratch against each other. • KKLUE Jewely are definitely not fragile, but they do have delicate style. So please be gentle. • Please keep your jewelry away from chemicals.
