Shipping policy

We ship our products globally with our designated couriers.

We offer free shipping for all orders within Hong Kong SAR and Macau, with no minimum order amount required.

For orders outside Hong Kong SAR and Macau, free shipping is available for orders over HKD 3,500. For orders below HKD 3,500, a shipping fee of HKD 250 will apply.

Delivery will be handled by DHL, FedEx, UPS, or SF Express.

We also offer a Click and Collect option at our Hong Kong stores: Harbour City, ifc mall, and Times Square.

Please note that once your order arrives in the destination country or region, local regulations may apply. Your order may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, or other local charges. These taxes and duties are not included in the purchase price and are the responsibility of the customer. Please refer to your local customs office or postal service for more information.
